Manuia Pastries was started by a couple who wanted to bring the flavors of the Islands to St. George, Utah. What began as baking for family and friends quickly turned into something bigger when people kept asking where they could order more.

Our signature pastry, Pani Popo, is a soft, fluffy roll baked in rich coconut sauce, an island treat that holds a lot of meaning to us. We also make Samoan German buns, Coconut Cinnamon Rolls, and Sweet Orange Coconut Rolls, all handmade and baked fresh.

For us, Manuia means “blessed,” and that’s exactly what we hope you feel with every bite. We’re proud to share our culture, our story, and our love for baking with our community.
